"Fresh food only policy"

Reed’s Place Steak & Chop Shoppe strives to provide the freshest, most flavorful, mouthwatering, “Best piece of meat you’ll ever put in your mouth.”
We pride ourselves in delivering nothing but the best!
Because of the service we honor ourselves in providing, we try not to deter our Chefs from their focus each day. That focus is to exceed our guests’ expectations to the best of their ability while cooking every meal for each individual guest.
Reed’s Place Steak & Chop Shoppe offers an allotted amount of fresh meat each day. Orders are cooked on a “First come, First serve” basis. This policy may affect “Large Party Guests” and late-night diners.
BAU Guests:
We dedicate ourselves in providing the most amazing food we can, just the way you prefer and conveyed it to your server.

If we do not meet your expectations, we will do our best in trying to fix the error and hope we have fully satisfied your requests.

If you are not fully satisfied after our attempt to fix the error, we will compensate you via food comp on your ticket or a free meal the next time you visit us.
Large Party Guests:

Large Party Reservation – Banquet style meal

Only the food requested and agreed upon at the time of booking will be prepared. If your party increases in number of guests when you arrive, we will not be able to accommodate additional food to your party in accordance to our “FFOP”.

If there is an emergent request due to an unexpected situation, we may be able to accommodate, but not promise the request, depending on the guest flow that day.
